Article 3. The rights and the obligations of the apprentice
1. The rights

– The apprentice are guided by the Company and assigned work.

– The apprentice have the right to propose and contribute contructive opinions to ensure
their interests and build a growing Company.

– The apprentice are entitled to take holidays and Tet holidays in accordance with the
regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

– The apprentice are paid the following allowance: ………../ 1shift.

– The apprentice who completed assigned tasks and performed well will sign an official
contract with the Company.

2. The obligations

– Comply absolutely with the rules and regulations of the Company and the provisions of the
law.

– Compensate for damage caused by damage according to the provisions of the Labor Code
and the company’s regulations.

Article 4. The rights and the obligations of the Company
1. The rights

The company has the right to terminate the contract or handle the labor discipline to the
apprentice in case the apprentice violates the contract in accordance with the regutations of
Law.

2. The obligations

– Create favorable conditions for the apprentice to study and work.
– Payment of apprenticeship allowances as agreed by the Company.
Article 5. Implementation provisions

– This Contract is made out in (02) two original copies one for each of the Parties. All original
hereof are identical and legally equal.
