We had an easy experience buying and having the car delivered. The rear view mirror had fallen off and one of the brake lights out. The delivery driver noted everything and we received an email about the repairs.
Trying to get these minor issues fixed was another story, all the shops with a zero deductible were overbooked and couldn’t take us in or had horrible reviews. I requested to have it fixed at the dealership or another shop with availability and decent reviews. Anywhere else would be a $200 charge for $20 in parts. We love the car so it looks like I’m just going to fix it myself.
