Don’t EVER, EVER, EVER use this company. Their service is appauling.

An item of mine was meant to be delivered on Wednesday March 8. I phoned them in the morning to find out what time my item might be delivered. They told me they had tried to deliver it on Monday and Tuesday, however they could not complete the delivery on those days because their was no one at my house who could accept the delivery. I told them I presumed they had more than one vehicle and thought that given they had tried to deliver my item on the wrong days, they should put my delivery on another vehicle and get it out to me on the day I requested the item to be delivered. They told me they could not do that.

I rescheduled the delivery date to Friday March 10. I asked them if they could deliver the item before midday. they told me the item would be delivered sometime between 8am and 5pm and expected me to wait at home for them to turn up. My item had not arrived at 5 o’clock so I contacted them to ask them where it was. They told me it was past their delivery time and so someone would contact me next week to organise another delivery time.

Don’t EVER, EVER use this company. Their service is appauling. They expect you to wait around all day for your delivery and don’t even have the decency to contact you and tell you they can’t make the delivery. I have wasted two whole days waiting for my delivery to arrive and now they want me to reschedule and wait around for another whole day. They don’t even bother to give you a window frame as to when your delivery might arrive. They just expect you to wait al day for them. They have no respect for their customers’ time. On a scale of 1 – 10, I give them a 0. They are disgraceful.
