Originally anticipated to be released a year ago, Guy Ritchie’sOperation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre” has been stuck on the shelf for a while now thanks to the dissolution of its studio, STX Entertainment. That left the film completed but without a distributor. But now, a year later, Lionsgate and Miramax have come along to make sure Ritchie’s latest actioner hits theaters this year.

As seen in the new trailer, celebrating the news of the film’s newfound distribution, “Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre” follows the story of superspy Orson Fortune and his team of operatives as they attempt to stop a billionaire arms dealer from making a sale of some seriously dangerous weapons. To help them, they employ the skills of a world-famous actor who can infiltrate the inner circle of the billionaire. Yes, it kinda sounds a bit like “The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent,” but this time it has a distinct Guy Ritchie flavor.
