WHAT YOU WOULD DO

  • Be on the lookout for ways to improve the effectiveness of our customer service.

  • Monitor and quickly respond to customer service inquiries no matter where they originate including: in person, website, app, email, and social media.

  • Recruit, train, and develop Customer Service Associates both in Vietnam and the US.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Genuine desire to see customers happy.

  • Maniacal but thoughtful bent towards efficiency.

  • Good at extracting patterns from a lot of information (e.g., seeing common threads in large sets of tickets).

  • Good verbal and written skills, great at explaining complex concepts.

  • A high degree of detail orientation, autonomy, and reliability.

  • Tech savvy and inquisitive mind for hi-tech products.

  • As with all Misfits, a humble spirit who can laugh at themselves and would rather admit fault rather than point fingers.

  • Native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Chinese, is a big plus.

  • Fresh graduates are more than welcomed.
