Item is as described. Little tin, which is on par with EFT. I also bought a 10g tin here off Amazon and that one is literally the same as what you see in the picture, just larger. The 10g tin is not the item in Tarkov, this 3g item is it so if you’re trying to replicate that, purchase the 3g tins.
Onto the product itself. In terms of relativity to the game, it’s hard as heck to open when you first get it. But if you look, the cap and the bottom peice meet and don’t lock in at all, but don’t worry it provides enough grab to never just open on its own.. trust me on that.. but after some practice, you’ll see that you can literally just slide your thumbnail in between the bottom peice and the top cap as there is a little lip to where the top cap rests on and it just pops right off, every time. Don’t try to twist it, it’s not meant or designed that way. It has a strong medical scent, something like bengay or icy hot. I’ve put it on scrapes, rug burns, it’s does the job in pain relief and also provides a little barrier of protection, reduces swelling and redness as well. I’ve yet to use this on the lips, I personally wouldn’t want my face smelling like this and I really don’t think it’s meant to be used that way, but I’m not a medical professional and unbeknownst to me, the ingredients might be a great application for some really dry/chapped lips.
