What Is The BMW X3 M Sport Package?
The BMW X3 is a compact crossover equipped with BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system and powered by either a 240-HP turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 (xDrive28i) or 300-HP turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6 (xDrive35i) engine backed by an eight-speed automatic transmission. The optional M Sport package includes options meant to make the vehicle look and feel more sporty.
Visual upgrades on the exterior include a choice of high-gloss or satin aluminum roof rails and Shadowline or satin aluminum trim. On the inside, you get an anthracite headliner and brushed aluminum, Fineline Sienna wood, or Fineline Wave wood interior trims.
Performance upgrades include 19” M light alloy double spoke wheels with all-season run-flat tires, an aerodynamic kit, and a choice of either the standard suspension or Dynamic Damper control. You also get Performance Control, which adjusts power delivery to individual wheels for a more dynamic driving experience. Inside, you get sport seats and an M Sport leather steering wheel with shift paddles. The xDrive35i also gets a Sport Automatic transmission with Adaptive Transmission Control.
