We never advised parcel was going to be delivered.
Rescheduled as per the TNT request- never heard or received delivery-took time off work to stay home rang to confirm delivery however was told there had been an error on the system and my delivery had not been dispatched. He said would call back in 4 hours to confirm next day delivery – never heard I called again at 4 and to spoke Tory to what was going to check and call me back never heard anything. I have to take time off work incase the delivery arrives or it will be returned to sender. I am not very impressed with TNT /FEDEX
