Missing goods
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Was told on a Monday my urgent parcel would be delivered Wednesday. On Wednesday, Thursday & Friday of the same week I was constantly told the location of my parcel was unknown and that a “case manager” would call me back within two hours – never ever received a call back. I had to investigate myself and find multiple on-forwarders. Have located the parcel today (Friday) and picked it up – TNT Express still tell me that the parcel can not be located! Would give zero stars if it was an option.
