CAN’T EVEN DO THEIR BASIC JOB

Left special instructions to string my new Dunlop racquet at 45 lbs. and they didn’t string it at all. I asked them why and they said I didn’t want it strung. Basically ignoring one simple request and calling me a liar. Now I have to pay to get it strung plus the time and expense. Offered me no recourse except to ship the whole order back but I needed the racquet to play this weekend. Therefore non-existent customer service. There are other online stores that I will use from now on. They should know that most of the time they only have one chance to make things right. So they lose business plus all the business from my other tennis friends who rely on my advice.
