Stay at the Resort

In existence since 1952, Ross Lake Resort is nestled in the heart of the North Cascade Mountains and is comprised of fifteen floating cabins and a marina. As visitors to the National Park increase every year, so does the popularity of our floating mountain oasis.

With only 15 cabins and a rental season of Mid-June through October, we do book up quickly. But don’t worry, there are a few ways you can visit the resort in the future. To get a cabin reservation you must join the waitlist the year you are looking to stay.

Getting a reservation to stay at the resort can take flexibility, but there are other ways to visit and enjoy the lake. Learn more about Camping on the lake or Day Visits.

Join Our Waitlist

Whenever we have an opening, we pull directly from our waitlist. Here are some tips …

  • Sign up on our waitlist – We pull from our waitlist for the current season. At the end of each season, the waitlist is cleared. We recommend signing up every calendar year.

  • Be specific – We filter our waitlist based on what we have available and what you’re looking for giving everyone a fair shot! The more specific you can be, the better.

  • Be flexible – The more flexible you are willing to be, the better your chances are to stay at the resort.

  • Be persistent – Be diligent in signing up on the waitlist each year. We also encourage those with flexible schedules to keep an eye on our Availability Table below for last-minute cancellations.

Check Our Last-Minute Availability Table

We receive last-minute cancellations all throughout our season. With such short notice it’s not always possible for us to fill the space from our waitlist. Use our Availability Table below to take advantage of last-minute opportunities to stay with us!

Openings are filled on a first come first serve basis. Any last minute availability will be listed in green on the table below.
