Lease Loyalty Waiver Disclaimer

Lease Loyalty payment waiver offer is valid for current customers of MINI Financial Services, a division of BMW Financial Services NA, LLC (“MINI FS”) with approved credit who turn in their existing MINI Model Year 2013, 2014, or 2015 that is subject to either an existing 24- to 60-month OwnersChoice balloon financing or lease contract maturing between March 1, 2018 and August 31, 2018. Existing pre-paid, extended, re-lease lease and employee contracts are not eligible. Eligibility also depends on the condition of your MINI and is subject to dealer inspection and approval. Consult your MINI dealer for complete details.

Qualified customers need to lease or finance a new MINI vehicle through MINI Financial Services by no later than March 31, 2018. All new lease and finance contracts are subject to credit approval; not all customers will qualify.

Offer applies to no more than three of the scheduled monthly payments that have not been paid on the existing contract. Existing eligible OwnersChoice balloon financing or lease accounts must be in good standing and may not be past due or otherwise in default. To qualify for this offer, an existing MINI financed through OwnersChoice balloon financing must be re-purchased by MINI FS pursuant and subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the OwnersChoice balloon financing contract; customer is responsible for any remaining balance due.
