Q:The charts below show the proportions of British students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010.

Given are a pair of pie charts providing information pertaining the figure for British students who speak multiple languages in a college in England, in 2000 and 2010.
On the whole, over a decade we can see a decline in two categories which are students speak only English and students whose second language is French. By contrast, other categories included multi-languages witnessed an increase.
It is noticeable that the proportion of those who only speak English plummeted 10% from 20% by 2010. As for learning more than two other languages, it slightly rose to 15%.
To probe more deeply, the amount of learning German as second language levelled off in 2000 and 2010. In comparison with French and Spanish, the former merely decreased by 5%, while the latter increased the same amount. Regarding speaking another languages, it subtle rose from 15% to 20%.
In sum, Spanish was still the most common second language that British students spoke in 2010. However, the second biggest part of the chart was no other language, which was overtook by another language.
