My favourite subject at school is English because it allows me to learn more vocabulary and how to pronounce words correctly. Also, our teacher Ms Ling is very lively, and makes learning English really fun!

History = less homework
My favourite subject at school is history because I love to learn about what happened in the past. My teacher explains everything very vividly, which makes me even more interested in the subject. I think people can learn from the past, and try to do better. Also, it’s nice that you get less homework for history than you do for other subjects.

See the world
I love geography the most. When I was little, I looked through an atlas for the first time. It had many interesting pictures from different parts of the earth. I was really interested to learn more about the hot rainforest and the icy arctic. Now I can learn all about these things in school!

History =/= Boring
History. Some may think it is a boring subject, but I find it very interesting. I don’t think I would ever get bored of listening to stories about the past, if anything it just makes me want to know more!

Chatting with the rest of the world
I like English the most because our teacher is very kind to us. Not only that, but English is a very useful language to know, because many people around the world can speak it.

Brain for calcuation
My favourite subject is mathematics because I think it is great fun. I enjoy figuring out the relationship between numbers when I am solving equations. I’m always excited to solve the next problem. I think maths is useful in everyday life and that it can also help me in my future career.

The secrets of life
My favourite subject in school is biology. I like it because it teaches me more about nature and our environment. I am particularly interested in learning about the environmental conditions in Hong Kong, and the problems that we face. I also want to learn more about the different wildlife we can find in Hong Kong. Biology is all around us, not just in our textbook. This is why I love the subject so much.
