The Center for Research to Advance Community Health (ReACH) is multidisciplinary collaboration of researchers, community members, and health workers who work to improve health outcomes and disparities through innovation, research, and authentic community partnership.

ReACH houses the Service Center for UT Health San Antonio Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO), a model for telementorship and guided practices that builds local capacity for delivering best-practice care. As the ECHO Service Center, we offer technical assistance and customized support to groups planning their own ECHO. Learn more about ECHO
