Finance & Strategy Manager

You will be the right-hand of the Head of C-Express and help him push the business one step further, implement the strategy and provide the right advices for team.

We need you to:

• Bring your creativity in to help us have a clear overview of the business through clever reporting,

• Analyze data and draw recommendations about strategic business orientations and then implement them,

• Proactively manage projects to reach the C-Express strategy goals,

• Develop the business by guaranteeing new site openings are financially viable.

If you have finance acumen and pragmatic thinking, this job is for you. Great level of autonomy would be great in order to go wherever you find important to develop the business. No former experience needed but just a bright, structured an dynamic mind!

Expansion Executive

You will be in charge of developing new store of C-Express and also to manage the securisation of real estate projects (or the assets) of BigC. Your main tasks include:

• Find potential sites and manage every relevant steps and

  procedures

  to develop such

  protential

  sites to become

  new

  store of C-Express upon the

  apporoval

  of the Group.

• Manage/coordinate the

  processus

  of securing of all real estate projects of Big C, including not only new development projects but also

  exising

  projects, in order to

  insure

  the highest level of security for those projects in accordance with the relevant applicable laws and the requirements of the Group.

• Insure

  the smooth communication between all hierarchical levels and involved departments as well as the veracity of information, enabling the Head of BU to have the best vision of the projects hence to take the most appropriate decision as and when any problem occurs.

You are also involved and coordinates the settlement of all relevant issues which may occurs during the whole term of operation of the projects when required, including but not limited to technical, legal, commercial and administrative matters, thus in accordance with the Big C’s strategy of investments seruring and interests.

If you have sound knowledge of Vietnamese administrative and instutitional system, Vietnamese laws/ regulations on land, urban planning, construction, investment, real estate bunisess/services, management of investment construction project, procedure of implementation of investment project, commercial laws and corporate finance/tax, this job is for you!

Designer

• Rejuvenate C-Express color codes and

  in store

  / out store signage.

• Design promotion signboards and standee.

• Do 3D simulations for re-layout and new store opening

• Take care of C-Express online Marketing & communication.

Any candidates with experience on Interior/Architecture with good command of Microsoft project, Auto Cad, Photoshop, 3DMax,.. will be welcomed to our team!

Food & Beverages Manager
