Welcome to DHL Express Shipping

Please be sure to determine there are no restrictions to the country you are shipping to before sending your package. This will avoid your package not being delivered and/or returned. DHL Express Restrictions By Country

1. In ORDERS, after adding DHL Express as a Carrier, Add a Manual order.

2. The Details Panel will open. Enter the Country you will be shipping to.

3. Enter the Address of your international recipient.

4. Enter the Weight of your package.

5. If you haven’t been shipping with DHL, open the Carrier drop down menu and Select DHL.

6. Open the Service drop down menu and Select DHL Express Worldwide.

7. Click the Customs Forms button.

8. Complete the Customs Form, including checking the I agree to the Restrictions and Prohibitions box, then Click Close.

9. Enter the Dimensions of your package.

10. If your shipment is going to a residential address, Check the Is this a residential address? box.

11. Most DHL Express shipping labels will display C-PTL. If this is present in your preview, your label is ready to be printed. If C-PTL is not present, your shipment requires a Commercial Invoice. A pop-up window will appear with a Commercial Invoice form that is already filled out. Please print 2 copies of this form, attach one to your package along with the shipping label, and hand the other one to your DHL representative.

12. Your DHL Express shipment is ready to go. Click Print.

Congratulations. You have just prepared and printed a DHL Express Shipping Label in Endicia ORDERS.

Important Note: Your Carrier selection will remain in effect until you change it.
