The Socialist Republic of Vietnam (or Viet Nam) 🇻🇳 is a country in Southeast Asia. Its capital is Hanoi and its largest city is Ho Chi Minh City (also referred to by its former name, Saigon).

The land area of Vietnam is 310,070 km2. As of 2022, the population is estimated to be 103,808,319, making it the 16th most populous country in the world.

Apple in Vietnam

In 2022, Apple supplier Luxshare began test shipments of Apple Watch Series 7 units from production lines in Vietnam.[2] Apple is expected to move production of some of its MacBook models to Vietnam by May 2023.[3]
