The entire process was easy to go through in terms of browsing and buying. The only complaint I have is that if you buy a car that is supposed to have run flat tires, it will not come with those run flat tires. They instead put on normal tires because they’re cheaper, even if the car has no spare nor the ability to store a spare. The Carvana page even says it comes with run flats, but that apparently doesn’t mean anything, it will not come with them and they are not interested in doing anything to make it right either. I’ve bought 2 cars so far that were supposed to come with run flat tires and neither one did and the response I got when I pointed that out was basically “tough crap, just because our page says it comes with it doesn’t mean anything”.
