Used 2019 BMW 5 Series for Sale Near Me – TrueCar
DO NO BUY IT. iT was a big mistake. the car is far too complicated to operate. The buttons are way too hard to read. The features are not intuitive. there is at least $10-15000 worth of features that are totally a waste, like many SUBoptions on each of 3 types of handling. The climate system cannot hold a temperature; I have to fiddle with the fan continuously. The sound system for which I paid a premium, is mediocre. Some of the safety features are actually dangerous, like trying to force you into a lane when you ride over a LANE stripe, even when it is a false reading. The cameras are confusing, and NOT consistent as to which pops up when. The range is awfully low, much worse than my previous car. I COULD GO ON, BUT IT MAKES ME UPSET. I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FORD. EACH YEAR’S BMW HAS BEEN WORSE TO OPERATE RELATIVE TO MY FIRST CIRCA 1996. AND THEY DONT HANDLE AS WELL. yes. Make a BMW that is more intuitive to operate. I have had 3 hours of genius lessons and still can’t operate much of the systems with confidence. Fire whoever writes your manuals and get one written more clearly. Make the symbols on controls larger and easier to read. Cut down the options that add to the expense. Fix the dangerous safety feature that tries to fore you into a lane when it cannot read errors in the lane markings or eliminate. Unbundle packages of features so don’t have to pay for ones I don’t want. I don’t think you can do any of this–it has gotten worse with each of the four BMWs I have owned for the last 20 years. I am very unlikely to get another BMW when my lease is up.
