Overall the Carvana experience is not bad. Having gone to various local dealers, is refreshing, but nerve racking, to purchase a car, with out inspecting it first. I’m sure the Carvana car inspectors have very high standards, but my standards are higher still. Being a mechanic for 20 yrs+, you might understand. I also understand that, nobody is going to drop off a 50k car in your driveway without making sure you are serious about purchasing that one car of your choosing. But, the pressure they put on you, and the unrealistic time frame (especially during the holidays) was not welcomed. I guess this is the price very busy people pay.
Nevertheless, I got lucky and the car I choose, so far, have being a dream! Now my question is. Who do I report a missing rear bumper towing hook cover to? Lets see if somebody reads this reviews.
