How fast an approval letter can be obtained?

Our visa processing time started when we receive your passport information, date and time of your arrival. You can choose our Vietnam urgent visa service as below:

1-     Super Urgent:

You will get Vietnam visa approval letter in 2 hours ( From 8:00AM – 17:00PM)

2-     Urgent 1/2 working day processing:

•  If you apply Vietnam visa in the morning, you will get the visa letter in the afternoon.
•  If you apply Vietnam visa in the late afternoon, you will get the visa letter the next morning at around 11:45AM.

Note: It is best to send your passport information, let us know your arrival date and our Vietnam visa supporters will advise you to apply Vietnam visa in 2 hours, 4 hours or just apply the visa as normal to save your money.

3-     Urgent 1 working day processing:

You will get visa letter in next working day (exclude Saturday, Sunday, Holidays). Example: You apply today, you will get visa in the afternoon tomorrow, around 5:45PM.

Note: The above processing time does not apply for Friday afternoon (after 12.00 PM) + Saturday and Sunday. Please consider the time difference between Vietnam and your country. For current Vietnam time, please click here.

What if my flight is on a Saturday or Sunday?

Please be advised that NO applications can be processed on weekends because the Immigration office is closed, so you need to change your flight to next Monday.

Can it be guaranteed?

Yes, but we can not guarantee 100% that we will send you the visa approval letter in the exact time frame above. In case we can not send it to you on time as promised, we will refund the fee, and will not be responsible if your visa approval letter is not approved.
