Overview:

This guide will help you unlock a user in Easyship if they entered the password incorrectly too many times or if the user didn’t logout properly.

Step-by-step guide:

Option 1

  1. First thing you will need to do is to open up the “SQL Server Configuration Manager“;

    Go to the Start menu >All Programs>Microsoft SQL Server 2008>Configuration Tools>SQL Server Configuration Manage:

  2. From there it will open the page below, then you will need to “Restart” the “SQL Server (DHLEASYSHIP)”:
  3. After restarting the server, the user should be able to login as per normal.

Option 2

  1. You can also go in to the “Task Manager” by pressing “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” on your key board then select “Start Task Manager“:
  2. You will need to “End Process” on any image name that has “DHLEasyship” on it.
  3. Once you’re done the user should be able to login as per normal.
