1.How many watts does it output?

The T6 Plus can deliver a max output of 40W in a compact form factor thanks to the patented SoundPulse™ technology.

2.What’s the voice assistant function?

After your device is paired to the speaker, hold the rotating button on the top for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant of your paired device. And then you can voice control the speaker by simply giving a voice command to it, it will automatically sync the command back to the built-in Voice Assistant in your device, and respond accordingly. 

3.Can I put it in the pool?

No, we do NOT recommend to put the T6 Plus in the pool. Because the T6 Plus only features IPX6 water-resistant rating, which means it is protected against heavy splashes, rain and sweat; but it should not be fully immersed in water. 

4.Can I use it while charging? Does it have a feature to protect the battery when using it while charging?

It can be used, but we do not suggest using it while charging, because it will harm the battery and decrease the lifespan of the playtime of the speaker. 

5.Can I pair the new T6 Plus with my old T6 together?

No, you can’t. The True Wireless Stereo function of T6 Plus only supports pairing two T6 Plus together at present. The old T6 does not support True Wireless Stereo function, so you can’t pair the T6 Plus with T6 for stereo sound.

6.Does the voice assistant function only support Siri, Google?

The Voice Assistant is supported by Siri, Google and other local Android voice assistants that run on Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and more devices. 

7.How can I know what EQ music mode do I using? Is there any indicator?

The default EQ effect is Vocal without any indicator. Then tap the EQ button to switch to 3D Deep Bass effect, which will be on with white indicator. And the third effect is Extra bass with green indicator. 

8.Can I use the speaker to play music and charge my smart phone at the same time?

The output power of power bank function is up to DC 5V/1A, so in order to maintain stable music playing performance, it is NOT recommended to use the music and power bank function at the same time, or the speaker will become battery low faster.

9.How can I know the speaker is being fully charged?

The red charging indicator is on when the speaker is being charged and goes off when charging is complete. 

10.How long does the battery last?

Up to 15 hours of playtime on medium volume.

11.I’m confused about how to charge the T6 Plus speaker because it has two ports, USB-C and USB-A. Which port is for charging the speaker?

Yes, the T6 Plus is equipped with two USB ports, USB-A and USB-C. If you need to recharge the speaker, you can use the USB-C input port. If you want to charge your devices, such as smartphone, you can use the USB-A output port. The T6 Plus has USB charge out function. 

12.Can I use a flash drive loaded with music?

Yes, you can. The speaker will play the music from your USB flash drive when plugging the USB into the USB-A port.

13.Does T6 Plus have a built-in microphone for hands-free?

Yes, the T6 Plus has a built-in microphone for hands-free phone calls.

14.Does it support FM radio function?

No, the T6 Plus does not have FM radio function. 

15.Does it have auto off function? I mean power off automatically when I forget to turn it off.

Yes, it has. The T6 Plus speaker will power off automatically after 1 hour to save battery if it does not pair with any device through Bluetooth or does not play any sound after turning on.

16.Can I switch songs from the speaker when it is in AUX mode?

NO. You can only switch playbacks from the sound source end (cellphone, PC, tablet, etc.) in AUX mode. But you can switch songs via the speaker over Bluetooth Mode.

17.What version of Bluetooth does this use?

The T6 Plus has been upgraded to Bluetooth 5.0, offering faster connectivity, more stable connection, and better range. 

18.Is it possible to connect this speaker to my computer? If so How?

Yes, it is. There are two ways to connect the T6 Plus to your computer, the first simple way is through a 3.5 mm aux cable; the second way is through Bluetooth connectivity. If your computer does not have such connectivity, you need to use a Bluetooth transmitter. 

19.Does this speaker only work in Bluetooth mode or can I plug into the USB & listen to my music on my iPod?

Besides the Bluetooth playing mode, the T6 Plus also supports USB flash drive, Aux-in, and TF/Micro SD card playing mode.

20.Is the battery replaceable?

No, it is not replaceable. 

21.Element T6 Plus SoundPulse™ may I listen to streaming music from my phone by Bluetooth (radio station for example)?

Yes, after connecting with your device through Bluetooth, you can. 

22.IT HAS A BATTERY OF 6,600mAh (DIVIDED IN 2X 3,300mAh?

Yes.

23.While charging from my computer (USB-A connected to computer and USB-C connected to the speaker), will the speaker will turn off ? if so, after how long time ?

1. We recommend do not play music while in charge to maintain the battery lifespan. But if have turned on the speaker and then plug the charging cable to charge it, the speaker will not turn off.

2. The charging time is about 5-6 hours.

3. And please note that the speaker will automatically turn off after 1 hour to save battery if it does not pair with any device through Bluetooth or does not play any sound after turning on. 

24.How many Speaker can i pair together in TWS mode ? I have already paired two speakers, but i want to pair 4 or more speakers (in TWS mode). Can i do this ?

No, you can only pair two speakers together. 

25.How to turn off low power sound? Or set this alarm at 10% or lower, its so annoying. Thanks

At present, you can not turn off the low power sound which is a warm reminder for telling you that it’s time to charge the speaker. 

26.Could you please tell me if the TWS function can use in AUX mode?

No, I am sorry that the TWS function can only work in Bluetooth mode. One of the speakers will disconnect if you insert the UAX cable.
