My account is disabled and I don’t know why. How do I restore it?

If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”, there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

If you can’t make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one. 

  • If you want to change your card, add first the new card, then remove the old one.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
