You need to synchronise your systems. I was informed by supplier you would be delivering my Item initial and was due 10th according to TNT system stayed in all day. You then attempt deliver 11th when I was out. I found out after much effort that you left a FedEx slip not TNT. Carried out instructions on FedEx SLIP down loaded app as instructed with card left. That came back invalid. Finally called supplier who I thought had sorted delivery for today before noon as it is TNT who have never with FedEx. so managed to locate info on TNT app not FedEx looks like the card instructions, the app tells me you’re awaiting my instructions but have no way of contacting you as what you left doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking. Guess another call to the supplier as I can’t sort with you directly
