1.Can I turn off the auto off function so I can use the speaker anytime without turning it on when needed?

No, at present, you can not turn this function off. The speaker will power off automatically after 1 hour if it does not pair with any device through Bluetooth or does not play any sound after pairing. This function will help to save power and maintain battery life.

2.What’s the difference between this and the old T6 Plus?

Firstly, it’s the exterior design. This T6 Plus Upgraded Edition has improved the cylindrical design which is more comfortable for griping. Besides, the improved tactile button design allows you to recognize and activate functions more effortlessly.

Secondly, it’s the interior manufacture. It improved the position of speaker drivers that allow true 360-degree surround sound.

Finally, it’s the functionality. It has the NFC function added that allows you to connect the speaker with only putting the phone on the touch area.

3.What version of Bluetooth does this use?

Bluetooth 5.0. It can provide the most stable and faster connection.

4.Can I switch songs from the speaker when it is in aux mode?

No, you can’t. When in Aux mode, you can switch songs from your phone, tablet, PC, etc. 

5.Can they be left out in the rain?

This speaker features an IPX6 water-resistant rating, which means it can resist heavy splashes, rain and sweat. But please note that it can not be partially or fully submerged. 

6.How can I know what EQ music mode do I using? Is there any indicator?

Yes. The default EQ effect is Balanced (no indicator). Then you can tap the EQ button to switch 3D (white indicator light) and Deep Bass (green indicator light) in turn.

7.Does this speaker only work in Bluetooth mode or can I plug in the USB & listen to my music on my iPod?

Besides the Bluetooth playing mode, this speaker also supports Aux-in, USB flash drive, and TF/Micro SD card playing modes.

8.Is it possible to connect this speaker to my computer if so how?

Yes, it is. There are two ways to connect this speaker to your computer. The first simple way is through a 3.5 mm aux cable; the second way is through Bluetooth connectivity. If your computer does not support Bluetooth connection, you will need to use a Bluetooth transmitter.

9.How long does it take to charge?

The charging time is around 3 – 5 hours.

10.Does the speaker have FM radio function?

No. This speaker does not have FM radio function, but if you can receive FM radio on your phone, you can listen to it via Bluetooth connection. 

11.Does this Bluetooth speaker have a built-in microphone for hands-free calls?

Yes, it does.

12.How many watts does it output?

The T6 Plus Upgraded Edition can deliver a max output of 40W in a compact form factor thanks to the patented SoundPulse™ technology.

13.With the voice assistant feature, can this function like another google home assistant as long as it is within range of another google assistant?

There is no built-in google assistant or Siri in the speaker, but if you pair the speaker with your smartphone over Bluetooth, as long as your phone within connection range, you can command your cellphone by voice and hear the sound coming out from the speaker, or press the volume wheel for 3s to activate your phone’s voice-assistant and talk to the speaker directly, please do know, the ultimate response is from and depends on the Built-in AI in your cellphone, not the speaker itself.

In a word, it is not a smart speaker with a built-in voice assistant. What you can do is press and hold the corresponding button to activate the voice assistant compatible with your phone.

14.Can I use the speaker to play music and charge my smartphone at the same time?

The output power of power bank function is up to DC 5V/1A, so in order to maintain stable music playing performance, it is NOT recommended to use the music and power bank function at the same time, or the speaker will become battery low faster.

15.How long does the battery last on a single fully charged?

Up to 15 hours of playtime on 50% volume level (around 65 dB). Actual results may vary depending on different music genres, volume, environment temperature and more. 

16.Can I pair this T6 Plus Upgraded Edition with my old T6 Plus?

No, you can’t. The TWS function only supports pairing two same T6 Plus Upgraded Edition speakers.

Could it be used as a power bank?

Yes, it could work as a power bank with a USB-A port.
