CONTRIBUTED CONTENT — A locally owned and authorized Apple sales and certified warranty repair retail store is now open again in St. George! From computers and tablets to smartphones and smart speakers, electronic devices play a crucial role in daily life. And when you need fast, affordable repair or replacement, quality matters.

With friendly, knowledgeable experts on all Apple products and services, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and more, Express Tech looks forward to serving Southern Utah customers and becoming your local Apple store.

“The Apple customer is unique,” Express Tech CEO Steve Bain said. “Typically, an Apple user will have a Mac computer, an iPhone, an Apple Watch and an iPad that integrate with each other to allow for a seamless customer experience.”

Visit Express Tech’s newest location in St. George on Saturday, April 29, for donuts, giveaways and one-day deals on new and certified pre-owned Apple devices along with bonus trade-in credits for older Apple devices and free service diagnostics. The grand-opening celebration will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Don’t miss a live remote broadcast from 95.9 The Hawk starting at 10 a.m., and enter for your chance to win a new MacBook Air. The winner will be announced at noon. Express Tech will also be giving away tickets for Tuacahn, Fiesta Fun, Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and the Lagoon, plus gas cards to fuel your summer adventures.

Special one-day offers include up to $100 off new Macs (when purchased with AppleCare+), $50 off new iPads (when purchased with AppleCare+) and up to $100 off certified pre-owned devices.

Express Tech will also be offering bonus trade-in credits of $100 for Macs, $50 for iPads and $25 for Apple Watches, which can be applied to the purchase price of new devices. Additionally, customers can save 25% on all ZAGG, Mophie and Gear4 accessories.

Express Tech is Southern Utah’s one-stop shop for everything Apple. As an Apple Premier Partner and Apple Authorized Service Provider, the store sells new and certified pre-owned Apple products, such as Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and AirPods, along with a variety of accessories.

Additional offerings include trade-in of Apple products, one-on-one training for new Apple users, and both warranty and non-warranty service and repair for all Apple devices, regardless of where the device was purchased. All services and repairs are performed by highly trained, Apple-certified technicians. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Express Tech only uses genuine Apple parts, tools, service guides, diagnostics and resources.

“Most tech repair stores in town aren’t authorized by Apple,” Bain said. “We’re very much like an Apple retail store with all things Apple.”

Express Tech is located on South River Road near Lowe’s Home Improvement and Target. This retail space was previously occupied by Simply Mac, another Apple-focused sales and service provider that Bain co-founded in 2006. The business was sold twice before its parent company, Cool Holdings, filed for bankruptcy in 2022.

Bain and his partners in Express Tech, which launched last summer, then had the opportunity to acquire and reopen four stores in Utah and Oregon, including St. George. The Express Tech team has been working tirelessly over the past several months to onboard systems, build out the new brand and retrofit shuttered Simply Mac retail locations into new Express Tech stores.

“We’re excited to be back in the St. George market,” he said. “Our company is ready to help customers with all of their Apple product and service needs.”
