Some people believe that studying at university or college is the best route to a successful career, while others believes that it is better to get a job straight after school. Discuss both views and

When they finish school, teenagers face the dilemma of whether to get a job or continue their education. While there are some benefits to getting a job straight after school, I would argue that it is better to go to college or university. The opinion to start work straight after school is attractive for several reasons. Firstly, working early would help them earning more money in order to serve the demand in life. For example, although they do not have allowance, they still could buy clothes, smart phones and so on. Additionally, having a job after leaving school would help people gaining experience and skills that they have never learned at high school. Finally, individuals might become independent from skills they learned. For instance, people would have speaking and listening abilities in communication. On the other hand, I believe that it is more benificial for students to continue their studies. Firstly, some jobs require higher qualifications. To insllutrate, when people apply asistants, the company owners would require them having academic knowleges that university or college could supply. Secondly, people could get better jobs and higher salaries after gruading college. For example, individuals are facing competitive job market, having diploma is more beneficial then others. Finally, a well-educated person could become a useful member of society and might contribute a competitive and prosperity nation. For the reasons mentioned above, it semes to me that students are more likely to be successful in their lives if they continue their studies beyound school level.
