Money at Call and Short Notice Money at call and short notice includes loans to the brokers in the stock market, dealers in the discount market and to other banks.

Prior to the dissemination of the Short Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website, which will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of the Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines, and related information.

No later than forty-five (45) days from the date of this Preliminary Approval Order, Class Counsel shall cause the Claims Administrator to send the Short Notice to each Settlement Class Member via direct mail; and shall cause to be published the Long Notice available to the rest of the Settlement Class as stated in the proposed Notice Plan.

Cash and cash equivalents include cash in hand, balances with Reserve Bank of India and balances with other banks/institutions and Money at Call and Short Notice (including the effect of changes in exchange rates on cash and cash equivalents in foreign currency).
