  • Money at Call and Short Notice Money at call and short notice includes loans to the brokers in the stock market, dealers in the discount market and to other banks.

  • Prior to the dissemination of the Short Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website, which will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of the Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines, and related information.
