Shopee Review: Shopee “Express” has been losing my packages. – ComplaintsBoard.com

I’m usually a very patient person, I love to order stuff online and awaiting my packages, looking at the status and getting all excited when it finally arrives.

Lately, I don’t know who they have been using as their delivery personnel but clearly they are attracted to packages that are from Korea or bigger packages (one was a box of skincare and cosmetics and the other was a backpack, BOTH ARE STANDARD EXPRESS SHIPPING). It would show arrived at Sg_east_hub and stay there for more than a week, and when you update their CS, they will simply tell you to request for a refund. Imagine bloody waiting for your packages only for your money back while someone out there has a hold of my packages. Ridiculous. Their agents can’t do [censored] and at most just says they will “escalate the issue” but eventually the packages will be declared lost. I once asked an agent “so the item will be missing” and she/he responded “there is no such thing as missing in our system” and I responded with “oh you mean declared lost”. You wanna play smart with me but make sure you use your brains before retorting back to customers. Because of this, I do not recommend Shopee unless you are buying from local sellers who will use local or trusted couriers.
