ABOUT SAPA – THE CITY IN THE CLOUDS
Sapa is a small, mountain town in Lao Cai Province. It is located about 350 km northwest of Hanoi, close to the Chinese border. Here’s where you’ll find the Hoang Lien Son range of mountains, which includes Fan Si Pan—the country’s highest peak.
Sapa is considered to be the leading resort in northern Vietnam, discovered by the French decades ago. Since the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway was inaugurated, moving from Hanoi (including hotels in the old town and Noi Bai airport) has become much easier with sleeper cars, individual cars, and limousines, the most advanced of which is the Sapa Express Limousine of Amazing Uncles.
ABOUT HANOI SAPA EXPRESS LIMOUSINE
Sapa Express Limousine operates on the Hanoi – Sapa route with two trips per day. The car will pick you up at the Hanoi Old Quarter, the Opera House, or at the Hoan Kiem area departure to Sapa in the direction of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway. From Sapa, our DOOR-TO-DOOR Service will pick up guests at the center of Sapa town.
The extract pick-up time is available for a private van and you don’t need to wait for anyone.

THE VEHICLE
We have 10 vans, 2 Hyundai Solati brand cars with dimensions of 6195 x 2038 x 2760 (mm), and 8 Ford Transit brand cars: 5780 x 2000 x 2360 (mm). These are arranged randomly.
Including 4 VIP seats for a 9-seater van and 6 VIP seats for an 11-seater van in the middle of the car, 3 regular seats at the back of the car, and 2 smaller seats on the driver’s side. These 9-seater and 11-seater vans are set randomly.
Thus, our car is the same size as a 16-seat car, but with fewer seats (only 9 seats). However, each customer has a different height, and different luggage needs, so there are also cases where the legs can’t be fully stretched because the guests are too tall. Please read the vehicle information carefully and maybe another provider can meet your requests and needs.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
Because we can’t stop in the old town for a long time as required by the government, if waiting more than 10 minutes, we will have to go first. We hope you understand and sympathize with us.
Pick-up point:
Hanoi city: Most hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also accept places not so far from Hoan Kiem district or opposite the direction of vehicle movement.
Hanoi Airport terminals 01 and 02 (Other transportation companies will charge a fee of US$2/passenger but Amazing Uncles DO NOT charge this fee.)
Drop-off
Most hotels in or around Sapa town.
We can drop you off at a far place from the center of Sapa town such as Ta Van, or Lao Chai but the only private van is available for this kind of transportation with an extra charge of 20 USD.
DEPARTURE TIME
Hanoi – Sapa and vice versa for a shared van for free
Morning: Pick-up 6:30-7:00 in Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District) and vice versa from the center of Sapa town, then go to the Noi Bai Airport (if necessary) at around 7:30-8:00. Estimated arrival time: Noi Bai Airport 12:30-13:00, Hanoi Old quarter 13:30
Afternoon: Pick-up from 14:30-15:30 in Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem District) and vice versa from the center of Sapa town and 15:30-16:00 at the Noi Bai Airport (if necessary).
Estimated arrival time: Noi Bai Airport 19:30-20:00 and Hanoi Old Quarter 20:30.
Please note that if you book a shared van, the time range is estimated only. The pick-up time will be different depending on the traffic jam or distance among the pick-up points of all passengers and so the above time ranges are only applied for the pick-up points at Hoan Kiem district and the center of Sapa town. The pick-up time may be changed but the last time to start going from Hanoi/ Sapa is 8:00 for the morning and 15:30 for the afternoon departure. It would be great if you can
wait for another group of passengers.
Your patience is great cooperation for us. In addition, on the road to the Sapa and vice versa, there are some stops to rest or wait, so please understand and don’t rush the driver for the safety of the whole van. WE WILL DO A GOOD JOB!

ABOUT VIP SEATS
A typical limousine car would contain 9 seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, it’s also a good choice for those who would easily get car sickness.
