Reddit – Dive into anything

I’ve got a Blade Base 2020 in November last year and the Wi-Fi card seems like it might have just died in it (I have created a support post on the tech sticky, but essentially the laptop cannot start the device (Code 10) even after uninstalling and reinstalling device drivers etc.)

My question is since I bought it via Amazon, am I better off trying to return through them or go direct to Razer? I’m just a bit nervous over how poor the Razer support reviews appears to be reading this and other subs so thought it might be easier going back to Amazon who may just outright replace it?

I’m in the UK if it makes any difference.
