Customer service really bad

Customer service really bad. Although i keep complaining that 80% of delivery i get arrives in really bad state. the boxes are broken and DPD is trying to repair them with tapes. Im surprised DPD is managing to make delivery … well today they didnt, they sent package back to pets at home with status damaged.
Im not sure why pets at home persistently keeps packing heavy dog food in to fragile boxes and then they have to deal with complains and sending replacement – not sure what is the logic. I complained several times about it and im sure other people do the same. DPD and Evri couriers also complaining.
I can not get phone number or email to customer service. Today i spoke to Karolina via chat. she asked me if i want cancelation or order replacement. I said replacement and then she disconnected the chat not interested in my complaint.
