Trong bài này chúng ta sẽ học 6 collocation của từ life và living.

1. Once in a lifetime có nghĩa là một lần trong đời, rất hiếm

Ví dụ: Being chosen to receive the scholarship to study abroad was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me.

2. All walks of life có nghĩa tất cả tầng lớp trong xã hội

Ví dụ: I went travelling a lot, so I met people from all walks of life.

3. Lifelong có nghĩa cả đời

Ví dụ: A journey to the Moon is my lifelong ambition.

4. Cost of living có nghĩa giá cả về sinh hoạt, chỉ số sinh hoạt chi tiêu

Ví dụ: The cost of living in Sai Gon is quite high.

5. To make a living from có nghĩa mưu sinh bằng, kiếm sống bằng

Ví dụ: He makes a living from teaching English.

6. Living expenses có nghĩa chi phí sinh hoạt, chi tiêu trong cuộc sống như ăn ở…

Ví dụ: Students always think about their daily living expenses.
