Amenities
Strengthen your community, body, and mind with a group fitness class! For people age 14 and older at any fitness level. Access is included with daily admission. All schedules are subject to change.
Group Fitness Class Descriptions
ACTIVE AGING – Lifelong Fitness (specially designed for older adults)
Core and Stretch
Combine 20 minutes of core strengthening and 20 minutes of flexibility. Progressive flexibility allows for a full range of motion which enhances daily living. All fitness levels will benefit from this class. Modifications can be made for beginners or those seeking a lower intensity/slower-paced workout.
Easy Does it Yoga
This slow, subtle class focuses on finding more ease through practices including breathing, postures (asanas), concentration, and much more. We are fostering a deepening sense of interoception—the ability to recognize the sensations coming from inside your body. The pacing of each session is designed to optimize movement awareness thereby bringing greater calm to the mind and body. Come for flexibility and mobility and leave with a sense of more ease in daily life.
Low Impact 20/20
Combines all your favorite aspects of fitness and puts them into one solid workout! Combine 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength. The class is light to moderate intensity with free weights, and bodyweight movements.
Exercise for Every ‘Body’
A workout for all shapes & sizes, from beginners to our regulars who are looking for a challenge. This class provides conditioning in areas of strength using various weights, bars, balls, and bands. Classes are designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, joint stability, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Stretch and Flex
This is a gentle stretching and flexibility class that works all muscle groups with slow stretches, flexibility, and breathing exercises. Progressive flexibility allows for a full range of motion which enhances daily living. Ideal for beginners and those seeking a low-impact option.
Yoga in Chairs
A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Yoga in Chairs allows you to modify your Yoga practice based on your health, mobility, and current ability level. This class focuses on fundamental yoga poses, alignment principles, breathing, and developing core strength.
ZUMBA® Gold
For the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers! It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves & pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
CARDIO/STRENGTH
Circuit Drop-in
Get your circuit training workout on your schedule. This instructor-led two-hour circuit training window allows participants to come and go as they please. The instructor will set you up with a workout upon arrival. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that includes endurance training, high-intensity aerobics, and resistance training performed in a circuit with short rest breaks between each exercise.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
This class combines high-intensity cardio and strength intervals to build your cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength. The short bursts of activity will get your heart rate up and keep boredom at bay. You’ll wonder where the time went! We’ll finish the class with some floor abdominal work and a relaxing stretch to increase mobility.
Morning Coffee
An early morning fitness class can have the same effect as coffee. Try starting your morning with a high-intensity workout to get those muscles working. When increasing your heart rate, you increase your circulation and digestive system. The extra oxygen you send to your organs will wake you right up! This class will provide a mixed bag of workouts including circuit training, HIIT style workouts, weight training, and more. Get your morning started off right!
Pilates Method
Gain energy, develop stamina, tone up, and feel fit. Non-impact exercises work the deep, core abdominal muscles to help achieve efficient and graceful movement. Devote time to concentrated strength. Improve balance, posture, flexibility, and body alignment.
DANCE FITNESS
Nia
An energetic blend of the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Get your heart pumping in a fun, easy, and creative way that feels effortless. Relax your mind, strengthen your body and lift your spirits! Practiced to world music, Nia teaches you to move in a way that most benefits your individual body.
Dance to Re-Member
Dance to Re‐Member invites us to return to our bodies in the midst of the stress and overwhelm of daily life. Our bodies carry wisdom, pain, joy, grief, rage, beauty & so much more. Each class offers an
opportunity to move through these feelings, sweat it out, release, ground, and connect. You’ll be guided through a gentle warm‐up, move across the floor, and expand into bigger movements, letting your body lead the way. No dance experience is needed. All ages (14+) & abilities are welcome.
ZUMBA®
A high-energy combination of Latin, Reggae, and Salsa dance steps. Routines combine fast and slow rhythms to achieve a balance of cardio & muscle-toning benefits. Join our certified Zumba instructors; no previous dance experience necessary!
ZUMBA® Toning
Get in a high-energy, body-sculpting workout all while having fun! Zumba Toning™ combines the dance party elements of a typical Zumba class with the use of light (1 to 2.5 lb) weights or toning sticks to build definition and strength. It targets the abs, thighs, arms, and other muscles throughout the body.
MIND/BODY
Chen Style Tai Chi
Practitioners perform a series of postures designed to achieve balance and harmony in both body and mind, as well as to improve overall health. All movements consist of continuous turning of the waist and spine, wrist and shoulder, ankle, and knee. It contains vigorous as well as gentle movements.
Gentle Yoga
A yoga practice that is designed for those who are seeking a gentle practice. You will warm up the body with simple flowing sequences and slower-paced movements. The class will focus on balance, flexibility, strength, and alignment. No experience is required.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga 1
A class suitable for all levels of practitioners. Conscious breathing is used to link the
physical yoga postures and increase flexibility, strength, awareness, and relaxation. Classic poses are sequenced to promote empowering yourself with an efficient system of health care. This class will be combined with Hatha Vinyasa Yoga 2 for a more vigorous experience.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga 2
This energetic class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. Postural alignment and coordination of breath and movement are emphasized. Postures are held for prolonged periods and become “mediation in motion”. A series of 12 postures, the Sun Salutation sequence, is included with hand outs available.
Hatha Yoga
Stretch out the aches and hold firm poses to engage your muscles with the low-impact and highly relaxing body awakening. Hatha Yoga combines postures (asanas), with conscious breathing (Pranayama), while developing flexibility, endurance, balance, mental clarity, and strength. Blocks, mats, and straps are available for use.
Qigong
With roots in Chinese Philosophy & Martial Arts, Qigong is a meditative practice used to cultivate and balance Qi. Using both active movements and passive still postures that balance body, breath, and mind, to build strength, develop breath control, and increase vitality. This class involves light stretching followed by low‐impact slow‐flowing movement, sustainable for all levels.
Relax and Restore
This class will help you tap into a deep sense of body awareness and presence as you focus on your breathing and move mindfully through gentle stretches and rejuvenating poses to create space to bring it all inward. Set to beautiful music, this class will take you through breathing exercises, deep stretches, self-massage, extended yin yoga poses, and guided body scan meditation. Come to this candlelit class to relax your nervous system after a long stressful day.
Slow Flow Restorative Yoga
A gentle blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. A calm and restful practice with a focus on the release of mind‐body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. This class begins with connecting to our breath, a slow & intentional sequence of posses, followed by a longer held final resting pose. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga
A restful, yet engaging practice of sinking into long-hold, restorative poses that focus on opening the ligaments and joints. Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of Yoga. This class is great for decompressing into mindfulness at the end of a long day.
Yoga Essentials
A toolbox for overall wellbeing. This class will include centering breath exercises, posture sequences including Sun Salutations (sequence of Yoga poses (asanas), that are typically performed at the start of a Hath or Vinyasa flow class), and relaxation. Body alignment will be emphasized.

Individual Personal Training
Make an appointment with a professional personal trainer who will oversee your progress and help to hold you accountable. Our excellent personal training staff will motivate you to make a fresh start or reach a new level in your fitness.

Group Personal Training
Set up a personal training session with a friend! Personal training with friends is a great way to stay motivated, work out with your friends, and save money.

Personal Trainers
- Nic Seybold (he/him): “I truly enjoy making everyone feel comfortable in a fitness setting. I have experience working with all ages and all fitness levels. My aim is to provide a solid base for the newcomers, help push the experienced past their plateau, or provide new routines to keep the lifelongers on track. I strive to provide a positive experience that will generate results for all of my clients.”

- Thais Denmark (she/her): “I believe functional fitness is the cornerstone of all fitness. It helps people get healthy and live longer. I enjoy working with all populations, but my passion is working with adults and seniors. I like to help people reach their health and wellness goals by teaching them how to safely work out, avoid injuries, and gain an understanding of what workouts will suit them best.”

- Kim Yaudas (she/her): Kim’s philosophy towards wellness is based on function and fun. Working out should be both invigorating, challenging, and enjoyable. Building and maintaining a human body is hard work, and our needs change over time. Kim wants to help people find their best gym experience, where the joy from full physical involvement can benefit many aspects of life.
