The bus is clean and spacious, the staff is really nice, they helped me on the border when I had an issue with my visa. We got water and snacks, which is always nice. On the way we had a little accident when someone bumped us from the back (there was barely and sign on the bus) which cost us a lot of time. There was a lot of people on the borders and that is also the reason we arrived 3hours late. But all in all I recommend using Mekong Express.

In the brief I was requested to arrive 45 min- 1 hour early but no-one was there from Mekong. The shop was chaotic … No clear instruction, such as your bus will arrive outside, your bus will be Orange, because there are many buses leaving and arriving on that street. Much greater clarity, also maybe a pick up point (E-ticket holders only) nearer the Airport. (I travelled into town, very early to avoid rush hour traffic, only to pass within 1.5 km of my Hotel location some 90 minutes later! Many people would take advantage of a less busy picking up point.

The bus ran very late (3 hours)! Crossing the border was not clearly explained by staff. There was also no toilet on board as advertised. Bus was clean and spacious though and crackers were provided.

Aircon was barely working so sweated the whole way. Seats were faulty so kept falling back. Bus had faulty low gears so was very noisy.

Please update the address on your online ticket. I was an hour early, but due to the wrong address stated on the ticket i was waiting on the wrong address. I was almost late. Good thing i asked somebody and directed me to the right address.

The staff was very nice and organized. We liked the snacks. The ride itself was a little bumpy and loud but the visa and immigration help was good.

Very nice bus and helpful staff. They collected all the passports when the bus started. They checked for valid visa and everything. During exit point at Cambodia and arrival point at Vietnam, the nice lady from the bus took us through every counter. Everything were very seamless and they took care of all the formalities. They did not ask for any money as I had Vietnam visa already gotten from Phnom penh. After Vietnam arrival point, they handed over our passport. I am very satisfied with their service. Mekong express were very professional.

I traveled with Mekong express bus the first time and found the service very good, the driver was checking on the passengers and even asked me and my mom if we wanted a droff of as the bus would stop further away from my house. There was no delay of departure time, many buses companies were. The only downside was the sit that should be having more space the place the passengers legs as considers taking the bus for 6-7 hrs.
