Some believe milk fruit has the flavour of condensed milk, but we believe it deserves more credit than that. Notes of mango, banana, pineapple, and Pawpaw make this one of the sweetest, custardy exotic fruits out there. There is a reason why this is a rare fruit that most people have heard of. The rind (skin) is not edible, so treat it as a bowl as you scoop the decadent flesh into your mouth. 

Preparation Ideas: cut the fruit around the centre (think Equator), but not all the way through because that’s what the seeds are. Gently twist the two sides until they come apart. This is how you will see the purple star. Once you’re done taking photos of that grab a spoon and dig in.
