J&T delivery is fugging fraud

Yeah, screw Ninja Van. Tiagong, they became extra sai after the newer outsourcing company took over their operations. Here’s the worst I’ve had with them.

1) Bought Amazon parcel to deliver to locker. Delayed by 5 days because “locker not available” (to know why, look @ #4)

2) Bought Amazon parcel to deliver to 7-11 self collect. Returned to Amazon because “refused entry by security”….in the middle of daylight at 2pm

3) Locker unable to scan return tracking number because “not in system”

4) Returned Amazon parcel to locker. Parcel not picked up by courier for 2 weeks. Amazon refunded amount 7 days in as tracking showed parcel already deposited by me. Parcel eventually reached Amazon (Singapore, not US)

4 weeks later

5) Failed to turn up for an Amazon return parcel pick up. Amazon arranged new tracking number with 2nd pick up date. Didn’t turn up for 2nd pick up date. Didn’t bother contacting Amazon again and left it till a Ninja bothered to pick up. Ninja Van guy came 4 days later for the new tracking number pick up. Another 2 days later, another Ninja showed up for the original tracking number pick up

The only thing that can be trusted is that they’ll drop your parcel delivery on your doorstep (no doorbell ring). That’s it. Can’t be relied upon for anything else.
