Is there co-op in My Time at Sandrock?

My Time at Sandrock is Pathea Games’ follow-up to My Time at Portia and looks to expand on the life simulator. It includes many new features such as an expanded combat system, a new city, and new NPCs to meet and befriend. But one feature you may be wondering about is co-op and if it is in My Time at Sandrock.

The answer is no—there is no co-op in My Time at Sandrock, at least not in the early access release. Pathea Games confirmed in a Steam discussion post, “Multiplayer won’t be available upon Early Access launch, as it’s still under development.” Unfortunately, this means you cannot play My Time at Sandrock co-op with a friend.

There is no multiplayer in My Time at Sandrock. Pathea Games is looking into and developing co-op and multiplayer, so they are trying to make it work. While it won’t be in the early access version of My Time at Sandrock, it will eventually be added to the game.

Co-op will likely be added to My Time at Sandrock when the game hits full release or after. Those who backed the game on Kickstarter and selected the multiplayer tiers were able to test this feature out and give feedback. So, with luck, co-op will soon come to My Time at Sandrock.
