How to check ESN, iCloud, & Apple Carrier + Sim lock on the cloud portal

Note: Carrier + Sim Lock requires additional licensing in addition to ESN licenses.

Select “Check ESN” button to start the checking process

Select “CarrierLock Only” under the carrier dropdown if you only want to check IMEI for Sim lock status.

Select the Carrier you would like to check the IMEI against

Input the Device IMEI

Result : Carrier + Sim Lock status provides the “Locked” or “Unlocked” status. While the Carrier info is an added bonus and isn’t always guaranteed to be available.

Note: Sim Lock Check requires additional licensing in addition to ESN licenses.

Select “Check ESN” button to start the checking process

Select “SimLock Only” under the carrier dropdown if you only want to check IMEI for Sim lock status.

Select the Carrier you would like to check the IMEI against

Input the Device IMEI

Result : Sim Lock status only provides the “Locked” or “Unlocked” status

Location: Cloud Portal > Check ESN > “Enable” Apple Sim Lock Status only”

Note: iCloud Check requires additional licensing in addition to ESN licenses.

Select “Check ESN” button to start the checking process

Select “iCloud Only” under the carrier dropdown if you only want to check IMEI for iCloud lock status.

Select the Carrier you would like to check the IMEI against

Input the Device IMEI

Location: Cloud Portal > Check ESN > “Enable” iCloud API (Apple Only)

Optional: Enabling the “Check All (with all carriers)” will automatically check the IMEI against the following: Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, & AT&T/ Blacklist

Select “Check ESN” button to start the checking process

Select the Carrier you would like to check the IMEI against

Input the Device IMEI
