FLORIDA CARGO EXPRESS, INC Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions The Florida Cargo Express, Inc mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Florida Cargo Express, Inc (“Florida Cargo Express”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). By checking this box I give permission to (844)965-7628 to call, text, or email me information about other services or promotions provided by Florida Cargo Express. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Florida Cargo Express via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Texts the single keyword command STOP to (844) 965 – 7628 to cancel at any time. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other Florida Cargo Express mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. For Service support or assistance, call us directly at (407) 777 – 9540. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE NOT DECLARED, OR DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOMS PROCESSING.
1) BOX OF USED CLOTHES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We will not accept into boxes new articles nor by dozens or for commercial purposes. If the customer includes new articles, FCE is not responsible for them and will not pay taxes or customs penalties for them. Articles for commercial purposes are not acceptable in these boxes.
2) The sender declares not to be sending: MONEY, FIREARMS, MILITARY UNIFORMS, AMMUNITIONS, CHEMICALS, JEWELRY. The SENDER and the CONSIGNEES are responsible for the legality of the shipped cargo.
3)Once the client is notified, they will be given 30 days to remove the merchandise in addition to a 10% storage fee. After that period has elapsed the customer will lose the right to property and the goods will be auctioned.
4)Six percent will be charged on the value declared by the sender for the same insurance; this percentage will be paid if you wish.
5)In case of loss of this box, tank, or whichever cargo, FCE will pay a maximum of $100.00 and will place a credit for the shipment of another cargo of the same dimensions.
6)The company (FCE) does not accept claims for broken crystal, lamps, porcelains, dishes and others. FCE will not accept any responsibilities for it. The sender is responsible for the proper wrapping of this/ her package.
7)RIGHT OF INSPECTION: FCE reserves the right to inspect any merchandise prior to or after given to us to be shipped or transported.
8) At the time the shipment is delivered at your destination, the consignee must check to verify that all items are there otherwise can claim any loss while the employee is making the delivery. The consignee must sign the invoice, as soon as the consignee signs, neither the exporter nor the consignee will have any rights to complaints. If the consignee has any complaints they must do so before the employee that is delivering the cargo leaves their home.
9) The customer will be responsible for the cost of the delivery if it has already been delivered or will have to wait for a second trip when we become available.
