Ordered an item on 10/15 said was available and would be delivered with an estimated date of 10/21. Item was not shown as backordered and was shown as available. Only to have an e-mail come on 10/22 that now out of stock. I understand availability changes but a week is really bad customer service!! Inform your customers earlier as they maybe be able to obtain the item some place else. Now the item I ended up ordering some place else will not be able to be delivered until after I wanted it. Just really bad customer service and very unlikely to ever consider purchasing from here again.
