HX-Express Software
HX-Express2
is Microsoft Excel-based software for semi-automated analysis of
hydrogen exchange mass spectrometry data. Any data in (x,y) format
can be analyzed or spectral data can be directly imported from Waters
Masslynx software. Output is deuterium uptake curves and
peak-width plots.
