TITLE: Purchasing Staff

DESCRIPTION:

This position will be under Purchasing Department that currently need 01 potential candidate for Material Control Team as below:
• Issue and control master BOM of purchasing materials/component
• Issue Purchase Order of material with minimized inventory in balance.
• Issue & follow up daily Delivery Order Request for all kinds of material (Just in time parts)
• Follow up the actual daily purchasing quantity & order adjustment.
• Follow up logistics/ forwarders & vessel status to deal with receiving plan.
• Mold/die management system.
• Control, evaluate and improve the quality performance of suppliers.
• VAT invoice checking & collection.

 REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree above;
• Having from 1 years of working experience in Purchasing field. Candidates having relevant experiences in Material Planning Control in Japanese company will be highly recommended.
• Having actual knowledge about SAP system.
• Able to use fluently English in work;
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Willing to work under very high pressure.
• Stately, responsible and team spirit
