HK Express Customer Reviews – SKYTRAX

| What a surprisingly great budget airline! I wasn’t expecting too much because of the exceptionally low airfare. I flew economy without purchasing baggage check in allowance; however, I bought an in-flight meal because my flight was scheduled at 4pm and I wanted to have something to do because having dinner in Da Nang after arrival. Check in is rather slow in economy class line because of the long economy passenger line, fortunately there were any issues during the wait and I was able to get my boarding pass quick because I didn’t bring any check in baggage with me. The flight departed as scheduled. The in-flight meal is nothing exceptional, but it is severed with warm temperature and it tasted good. The meal also came with a bottle of water beverage. Seats were a bit cramped in economy class but cushions are generally comfy, which I can tolerable for a 90-minute flight. For people who want extra comfort, it is advised to upgrade to the premium economy class. You’ll definitely feel the extra inches of space to accommodate your body. HK Express does offer air ticket promotion from time and time and now the tickets are fairly cheap as the city and Hong Kong Airport reopens international tourists with zero restrictions once again.
