Sales Tax
In compliance with state regulations, sales tax is required for orders shipping to specific states within the US. We reserve the right to charge sales tax in all 50 states, if required by state nexus laws.
RETURNS FOR BOLT MOTORSPORTS BRANDED MERCHANDISE (E.G., HATS, T-SHIRTS, STICKERS, ETC.)
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ON BOLT MOTORSPORTS MANUFACTURED AND BRANDED ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Modifications to orders cannot be made once they have been placed.
Returns for Parts (e.g., Performance parts, OEM replacement parts, etc.)
Cancellations of existing orders are managed through a cancellation request and are not treated as returns.

A sales invoice must accompany all returns, warranties, and cores. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. No refunds will be granted for electrical items, special orders, or items older than 10 days. No returns will be accepted without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Awaiting RGA issuance may result in additional fees and shipping charges.
We recommend contacting the manufacturer’s customer service team directly for warranty-related claims before initiating a return. Manufacturers can often address these claims directly.
Please note that clearance, special order, and made-to-order items are non-refundable, including those with cosmetic blemishes.
Due to COVID-19, returns are currently taking 15 or more business days to process. Email us to learn more about how COVID-19 is impacting the auto industry.
For all relevant returns, if you have shipped the package to the wrong warehouse, we will contact you to help resolve the issue. If we cannot link your order to the received package (e.g., due to a lack of labeling or RGA), we will wait for a total of two weeks before disposing of the product. The two-week period begins on the date of delivery to the incorrect warehouse. Failure to contact us within two weeks will result in your item being discarded without a refund, so please ensure the package is shipped to the correct location!
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns. Choosing store credit or an exchange will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also apply.
Free Shipping Disclaimer
Items eligible for free shipping promotions: When returned for convenience, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees vary; for large items, such as coilovers, shipping fees can be around $125.
NOTE: Returns for store credit are still subject to the original shipping charges being deducted from the refund.
Order Changes
You may request an order change, provided it has not already been processed. We process orders rapidly, so it is likely that we will have processed your order immediately for shipment. As such, please exercise caution when placing orders to ensure you are selecting the correct items.
Your order may have not been cancelled for several reasons including:
The warehouse has picked the items for this order and are being packed.
The items are packaged and there is a label with tracking number on the box.
The order is closed, and the package has already shipped.
Refusal/Return to Sender Fees
IF A SHIPMENT IS REFUSED BY A RECIPIENT, OR RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS) DUE TO AN ADDRESS ISSUE, THE ASSOCIATED FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE VALUE OF THE RETURN CREDIT ON TOP OF RESTOCKING FEES. THE COST OF THE REFUSAL/RTS FEES ARE DETERMINED BY BOLT MOTORSPORTS.
MISTAKES MADE ON ORDERS MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION AND RETURN FEES, PARTICULARLY IF THE ORDER SHIPS RIGHT AWAY. TO SUBMIT A EMAIL TO:

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bolt Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the affected product. Bolt Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bolt Motorsports shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please note that the time for actual use of money returned is based on your financial institution. Typically, this is 5-10 business days.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bolt Motorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bolt Motorsports also reserves the right, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Bolt Motorsports will make every reasonable attempt to reach our customer to inform of any order deviation, prior to closing the order complete on our end. All orders over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Any customer information, including email addresses, received by Bolt Motorsports will be used solely in connection with your order and will not be sold or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Bolt Motorsports may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter. If you do not wish to receive email communications from Bolt Motorsports, you may send an email to [email protected] with “remove from email list” in the subject line, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
