Five Nights At Candy’s Download
I got pretty into the first couple of Five Nights at Freddy’s games. The idea of a game where animatronic animals come to life to kill you just clicked with me. FNAF spawned a huge fandom and part of that fandom created their own art, gifs, and in the case of Five Nights at Candy’s here a game.

The Game Review
Before I talk about the game I have to talk about the guy who created this, Emil “Ace” Macko. He is a fan of FNAF himself and he created some awesome fan art. Most notably a character called Candy the Cat who as you have probably guessed is the villain of this game.
You would not say that Five Nights at Candy’s is reinventing the wheel when it comes to this type of game, but it does add a few new things that make it fun. The idea of the game is that you need to survive and hope that Candy, Blank, The Penguin, and The Rat do not find you!
The presentation is actually very, very well done and I love the way he has done these characters in full 3D. Some of them walk that fine line of being cute and creepy such as the Penguin. Others such as Blank and The Rat are just flat-out horrifying and you always pray that they are not coming for you.
The mechanics of the game are similar to FNAF. You are sitting in your office and it is dark apart from the light provided by your desk. You have night vision that requires power. You need to use night vision to find the animatronic characters, but you have to watch the power you are using. If you leave your night vision on, your power will deplete and the door will open allowing the animatronics in to get you!
This is not the only thing you have to keep an eye on. Your door also has power and you cannot keep it down all the time or it will overheat and stay open. This is very tense and probably more often than not going to be what causes your demise. When there is a character at the door and you are close to the door overheating causes you to sweat.
I would not say that Five Nights at Candy’s is a hard game, but doing the same thing each night causes you to start making little mistakes here and there and it is these mistakes that can lead to your death! So pay attention!
As well as making the characters look fantastic I also think that Emil “Ace” Macko has crafted a pretty interesting narrative here. These animatronics are not acting as they should and each night you learn a little more about what is going on. There is certainly enough story here to keep you interested in what is going on.

Five Nights At Candy’s Review Summary
Five Nights at Candy’s is one of the more fun and well developed Five Nights at Freddy’s fan games that I have played. There is no denying that Candy the Cat is a cool character, but so are many of the other animatronics that he came up with. It might not be as scary as FNAF, but there is still a lot of fun to be had here.
