    Faculty members are expected to attend Faculty Meetings and departmental and committee meetings when called.

    These individuals retain their right to vote at Faculty Meetings but not to run for committees or to vote in committee elections.

    I wish to note that the recruitment under Phase I, which is completed at 60%, was delayed in order to comply with the improvements that were being made to AU’s new Merit Based Recruitment System (MBRS) by the AUC and the R10 Committee.

    Faculty members on leave will be notified of Faculty Meetings only through normal College channels.

    A voting member of the Faculty who is on leave of absence may vote in Faculty Meetings .

    Faculty governance is carried out through decisions made at Faculty Meetings and through a system of committees of the Faculty.

    Copies of the minutes of General Faculty Meetings shall be sent to each member.

    The main objectives of the risk sharing arrangements are to protect all parties in relation to performance of individual schemes and the aggregate measure of reducing emergency admissions.

  • Meetings means the meetings of Affected Unsecured Creditors in the Unsecured Creditor Classes in respect of each Participating CCAA Party called for the purposes of considering and voting in respect of the Plan, which has been set by the Amended and Restated Meetings Order to take place at the times, dates and locations as set out in the Amended and Restated Meetings Order;

  • Court Meeting means the meeting(s) of the Scheme Shareholders to be convened by order of the Court pursuant to section 896 of the Companies Act, notice of which will be set out in the Scheme Document, for the purpose of approving the Scheme, including any adjournment thereof;

  • Virtual Meeting means any general meeting of the Shareholders (or any meeting of the holders of any Class of Shares) at which the Shareholders (and any other permitted participants of such meeting, including without limitation the chairman of the meeting and any Directors) are permitted to attend and participate solely by means of Communication Facilities.

  • General Meeting means a general meeting of members convened in accordance with rule 12.

  • special meeting of shareholders means a meeting of any particular class or classes of shareholders and a meeting of all shareholders entitled to vote at any annual meeting of shareholders at which special business is to be transacted.

  • Board Meeting means a meeting of the Board;

  • Public meeting means a meeting that is required to be open to the public

  • Meeting means any meeting of:

  • relevant meeting means a meeting of the authority to consider whether or not to approve a proposal to dismiss a relevant officer; and

  • meeting of shareholders means such annual shareholders meeting or special shareholders meeting, whether general or not, at which one or more persons are nominated for election to the board by a Nominating Shareholder;

  • Company Meeting means the special meeting of Company Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement of such special meeting in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, to be called and held in accordance with the Interim Order to consider the Arrangement Resolution.

  • physical meeting means a general meeting held and conducted by physical attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and/or where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations;

  • convene means to call together for a formal meeting;

  • Scoping meeting means a meeting between representatives of the applicant and the EDU conducted for but not limited to the following purposes:

  • Meeting of Members means an annual meeting of members or a special meeting of members;

  • Executive Committee means the executive committee of the Association as referred to in clause 14.1.1.

  • Attending staff means any person on the staff of a public

  • Special Meeting means a special meeting of the holders of Voting Shares, called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of approving a supplement or amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 5.4(b);

  • Open meeting or “public meeting” means a meeting at which the public may be present.

  • Shareholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Attend , in respect of a net, means to be within 100 metres of the net.

  • Shareholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of Shares for the purpose of seeking the Shareholder Approval, including any adjournment thereof.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
