FLIR USS Servers: How to get Dell Service Tag and Warranty status Online

The service Tag number is required to check the Warranty status of a defective Server or unit and if there is no Service Tag sticker on the Server, then we can identify the Service Tag and the Warranty Status of the Server by going to the Dell Support website. Follow the steps below:

Click the link

1. Click the Detect PC button

2. On the next page put a check mark on the box and click continue

3. It will start to download the SupportAssistLauncher and when done just click on the Run button

4. Once installed it will automatically run and show you the Service Tag and the Express Service Code somewhere on top of the page. Click on the Warranty and it will list the expiration date. NOTE: The screenshot below might not look the same as what you have
